Our team worked with a local property management company to serve an out of state investor for this 'mini-remodel'.  The goal was to elevate the existing leasing office with minimal capital investment while the full tenant improvement project was submitted to the City of Phoenix for review.  We achieved the goal through artful colorization, signage and branding design, and contract furnishings.
